At least the babies had enough sense to be chill and do what they were told. Bumblestar lifted a paw to rub at the drying blood caked to her muzzle, attempting to get it off before she was fully in few. Some of the lingering gore flaked off, only resulting in red-stained cream fur. Oh well, the kids would have to suck it up.

"Good on you guys for being on time." At least she could feign sounding interested for the moment. "You've all proven to be ready to begin your training, so from now 'till you receive your warriors names, you'll be known as Deerpaw, Dogpaw, and Sheeppaw." A glance down to the last of the four. "Fawnkit, there's already a Fawnpaw, so you'll be known as Fleckpaw. If you don't like it, you can change it back if they go missing or once you're ready for your ceremony.

"Deerpaw, your mentor is Hazelflash [ @Lillith ]. She's strong 'n reliable, you'll find good training with her.

Dogpaw, your mentor is Yarrowcrest [ @spookywynds ]. He's got a good heart-" stupid, sure, but at least decent "'n I doubt he'll let you down.

Sheeppaw, Ghostwhisperer [ @vampire. ] will handle your training. A bit odd, that one, but capable. Won't lead you astray.

Fleckpaw, I'm assigning you to Violetfreckle [ @vex ]. She's..." Bumblestar trailed off briefly, eyes picking the she-cat out of the crowd as her gut did a weird flutter before she tugged her stare away again. "She's got valuable skills to pass on. I think you'll do well with her."

And with that out of the way, Bumblestar dropped her chin heavily to her paws as she fell silent to allow the Clan to congratulate the new apprentices and for them to meet their mentors.
