Oh boy, Bumbles being mad wasn’t really the biggest thing that Springpaw had expected or wanted. Although, now thinking about it, it felt a little weird to be thinking that it wasn’t okay for the leader to be angry, because in reality it was. WindClan did something wrong, and now they had to figure out who decided to kill yet another one of their warriors again after some sort of border skirmish… or something along the lines of that. Bumblestar’s words were quick to grab her attention as her lapis hues focused intently onto her green hues, blinking attentively as she processed the words that escaped her leader’s mouth. Asking Cowtuft and Lightningpaw? Well, it seemed easy enough, she supposed. Maybe they would be able to explain what could’ve happened? Or, maybe, just maybe, another fight may actually ensue at a gathering and more problems would suddenly concur. Great. Nonetheless, she bit back the burdensome thoughts as she focused back towards the leader, giving her a firm, but grim nod.

“Will do, I’ll tell Drizzlecloud about this and maybe she could have a bit of an idea of how this could’ve happened.” It didn’t seem all that likely for the medicine cat to know the full story, but she sure as hell had to try, right? Someone had to know, and maybe her mentor could find out about something that could’ve happened along the border or maybe some subtle hint towards it. Whatever it was, it needed to be figured out. Too many things were happening as of late and it was growing more and more harder to keep everything in the same pacing of time.
