starting bid normally 500kk!
min increase is normally 50kk!
end date is normally 1 week after start!
auto buy specified in post, normally non-existent.
if any are different from these normals, this will be specified in the post.

if auto buy passed, person who bidded higher than the auto buy wins the auction! (bidding the auto buy (unless you're buying the auto) does not win you it (one kk extra does make the difference)
always rounded down if not 0
must have 3 bids before auto buy
