Charredpaw and Frostpaw were quietly sat in the clearing, before a familiar trio of kits showed up.
"Mr frostpaw! Mr charredpaw! Can you do us a favor and get us some seashells? We want to give Miss Larkstar a gift!" snowflakekit mewed politely.
"I wanna find a large one with a wave pattern, to represent how when miss Larkstar is angry her power is like the waves of a storm!" Smolderkit meowed.
"If I had a small one with a little speckled pattern, I could match the sparkle she has in her eye." Snowflakekit meowed.
"I want to find a slightly stripy one with brown streaks, to match her agility and speed! She's so fast, when she's running by to sort stuff out I can't even tell she's there until she's stopped! It's so cool!"Soulkit purred.

" aww, you three are so sweet! I'll talk to Mr weaseltooth and miss sootpelt about going down to Lionsbeach with them, okay?" Charredpaw couldn't help but purr at how kind the three kits wanted to be. And he padded to Weaseltooth.
"Hey weaseltooth! Soulkit, Smolderkit and Snowflakekit want me to get them some seashells to give to Larkstar, can you come with me so I don't get into trouble please?" He meowed.
"O' course, lad. I'll lead the way. While we're at it, I'll give you yer battle trainin'." Weaseltooth's grunt as he stood up with a smile seemed to slightly deepen for a second.

And so Charredpaw and Weaseltooth set off to Lionsbeach.

Frostpaw noticed Sootpelt sat glaring at Birdsnow with envy in her eye.
"Sootpelt, you need to stop. Glaring at her isn't going to get you anywhere. Wanna come with me to Lionsbeach to find some shells to give Larkstar?" He meowed.

"Ugh, I guess so..."Sootpelt got up with a grumble and followed her apprentice to Lionsbeach.
