HorseLeap would look down at her kit with wide eyes, ' ' Hi sweetheart! ' ' It suddenly hit her that LightKit was halfway to her apprenticeship. She let out a purr as she scooped her in with a paw and began cleaning her head. HorseLeap couldn't help but feel a sense of pride as she watched LightKit's tiny body squirm with excitement.
