Adderpaw was glad that everything was finally over, that the rogues were gone and Charredpaw was finally back with them. Honestly should be renamed to Densepaw, she thought to herself. She really wanted to give the apprentice an earful but knew that Birdsnow and Larkstar had that way more than covered. Instead she looked down to her paw that was rich with blood, spice with vitreous humor. Had she actually done the right thing? She heard many cats call out if everyone was alright but she did not respond. Instead she walked away from the group but did not head towards the camp. She was physically ok, but she wasn't alright. Her mind lead her to a nearby river and she took the time to wash the blood off of herself. The cold water shocking her senses, just what she needed.
