Sunglow narrowed her eyes as Moontail approached her and Silverpaw.
She tilted her head as she replied coolly to the queen.
''I don't have to tell you if I wouldn't like to. Besides,'' Sunglow added. ''The past is the past. There is no reason to bring it up.''
The golden warrior sniffed disdainfully, a frown appearing on her maw. Moontail seemed to want to know everything about Sunglow at the moment.
Sunglow's tail tip twitched irritably. Everything had been fine until Moontail had shown up.
The queen was known for her cold temper and having little sympathy towards others.
The golden she-cat looked at Moontail through slitted amber eyes.
''I don't need you fussing over me as if I'm a kit, Moontail,'' She meowed, voice slightly cold.
Sunglow gestured towards Silverpaw with her muzzle. ''I already have one cat doing so.''

Moontail purred smoothly, "You mistake my approach. I'm here to make a new friend. One that seems to have the only common sense remaining."
She tilted her head, "I have a question that might be one of yours as well, why should we have to listen to a reasonless murderer?"
She hissed suddenly. "I am not so heartless as to not consider the future of my kits."
"Though," she at last addressed the company, "perhaps that would be better debated elsewhere."
