Even away from the raid Mudhound was tired. Hornet stuff took energy, more then the tripod thought it would and it was draining in a way. They were fine, just tired.
Slumping up to the meeting and thumping down beside Leafpaw the tripod gently rubbed their head against her side, but didnt start a conversation simply sharing in the company and affection.
Of course, ever more stuff to do and Mudhound frowned, hauling themself up as the hornet blurted out "Opposumsnap! Shut up and move away from Cloudnose! Youre wrong, cruel, and dumb and if I have to come over there youre getting slapped! I dont have the energy to explain why youre wrong but you are and showing everyone what an ass you are so stop." Hissing lightly before thumping down again, not wanting to get up.

He is partially right tho. Can’t go anywhere without a escort, but the reason is Butterflypaw’s an anxious thing and I won’t put it past her the opportunity to be a helper around camp. It’ll be a bit til I’m comfortable enough to travel out of camp, but I’m not letting blindness get between me and mentoring Cougarpaw. Suddenly, worry swept over then.
