Foggymask twitched his whiskers in amusement at Dawnstar's remark to Lostspark about keeping Cloverpaw out of her den. He decided that he would go over to the furball and talk- well, attempt to communicate with them. He did know basic sign language, when his father went mute from a war injury he taught his son.

You Cloverpaw? he signed, though it did feel a bit off trying to talk to someone without actually talking. Foggymask tipped his head at the dark brown tabby. What did you do to Dawnstar to make her say that? he said, not conveying any of the shred of amusement he felt.
