Eagle thought as much. Not necessarily about him being mateless, but about the interaction with many she-cats. She looked at him with a seductive grin. "Well, won't your she-beasts be jealous that you're spending so much time with me, a simple little she-cat who may or may not wish to join the Dusk Syndicate because a certain tom speaks of how fun it is?" she asked, being all but subtle at the fact that she liked him, and causing drama. She cursed herself in her thoughts for this slip-up, but oh well, it didn't matter. Maybe he wouldn't catch it. If he did, then she'd simply play it off. If that didn't work, well then the Dusk Syndicate just lost a good fighter. Simple as that.
