He was finally an apprentice now! Antpaw looks for a nice spot in the clearing to rest on. Hopefully sunny, too. He goes over to the stream to have a small sip of water, constantly looking around himself to avoid any other cats in the area. After he finds a decent spot to sit, he does so.

Antpaw does not look happy. His face is fixed in a semi-permanent scowl that would scare off any cats that aren't his mother from a five meter radius, and his whiskers are twitching.

But this does not mean he's in a particularly bad mood. A grumpy face was par the course for Antpaw, and the frown was mostly because of the trials his apprenticeship would make him face. He didn't know his mentor very well, and she was a new face. Would she be able to train him well? To be more powerful than the other apprentices? What is something didn't go right? Would he be unable to become a warrior?

Antpaw usually didn't worry too much, but right now his mind was filled with thoughts, from all over.

Hawkthorn

Hawkthorn looked around the clearing and spotted Antpaw looking grumpy. He walked over and meowed, Hey, Antpaw! Hawkthorn sat next to Antpaw and licked his shoulder. Pretending to be me? He meowed jokingly.
