Sneezekit grinned. 'Cause making new friends was just getting easier and easier by the day! Maybe they were getting Cooler and Better and in general better friend material! "I'm Sneezekit! And yeah, we should be friends." They punctuated their statement by bopping the mossball back at the other kit, apparently named Egretkit.
"Egretkit's a pretty Cool name," Sneezekit commented. They were learning that saying nice stuff to their playmates made them more likely to want to keep hanging out with them. Besides, they really
did think it was a cool name. Cooler than
Sneezekit, anyways, but they had already come to terms with that, mostly. "That's a kinda bird, right? I've never seen one before, though. Just heard of 'em." Yet another drawback of being a kit, they supposed. Never being able to leave camp meant missing out on so many Cool and Exciting experiences.
"But when I'm an apprentice and then a warrior, I'll betcha I'll see all
kinds of birds," they said excitedly, continuing their internal monologue aloud, for some reason. "Yeah, I'll know about everything there is to know then!"
