Shellkit found himself bouncing around the camp once more. Being a kit was starting to become a little boring. Especially at five moons! He felt like he should be doing something more but, he couldn't, could he? Not long now though! He'd be an apprentice soon, then he could start doing the real fun stuff! Oh, and, er, the not so fun stuff... He tried not to think about it - apprenticehood was meant to be full of fun! Hunting, duties, chatting... And the dreaded battle training. There's no point thinking about that though. There are more exciting things, like, who would become his mentor? That was certainly exciting! Mid-bounce, he noticed a little pebble - something to play with! The kit crouched down, staring at it with wide green eyes, before batting it about a little. IT wasn't very exciting. He stared off across the camp: someone was emerging from the apprentice den... Was it.. Flyyy, no.... Dawn? D.. Dapple? He could swear he'd heard mention of the cat's name. Ooh but he was approaching Dusklion, interesting... Totally forgetting his pebble, he observed the two from afar. Once it dawned on him that ____? paw was asking for a lesson, excitement shot through him! He found himself bounding over, stride filled with giddiness. "Can I learn some too!!?" The kit yelled, "clan history sounds real fun!" he trilled once he'd gotten closer to the pair.
