Just a few times, or permanent bully?: A few times!
Description:
Personality: Stemmy boy is about as cuddly as a cactus! He’s just naturally rude, so while he may not be bullying Bearkit with any level of intent, he will make fun of him. His sister butting in would make him tease the poor kid more (like a “fight your own battles” kinda thing).
Why they are so hateful: Cue Lady Gaga! Stem was just born this way.  He’s disrespectful and bitter with everyone. Bearkit would be no exception.
Other dynamic or plot ideas!!: Maybe overtime, especially once apprenticed and Stempaw sees that Bear isn’t giving up, Stem will grow to respect the kid’s tenacity. He’d slowly stop teasing him (at least in a mean-spirited way) and might actually come to respect him.
