Sure! I could see that working out. Though Freezekit might notice Pebble's protection, and Freeze would object, saying, "I don't need your help!" or something along those lines. So maybe some sibling drama but it seems like it would work out in the end ^^. Until,,, Pebble becomes female (potentially), I do not know what Freeze's reaction will be right now but that seems very interesting. Accepted!
(Of course we could figure out more stuff, I'm very open :heartbounce)

If Freezekit is ever feeling down or insecure about his disability, Windy is always there to help. She could also be the calmer counterpart,,, or they could be a crazy duo together, since Windy tends to act on impulse and not think before she acts, so instead of being the responsible friend and trying to prevent Freezekit from throwing himself in danger,,, she joins him!
(She is also Firestorm and Lightningstorm's child, so she would probably yap about medicine cats and whatnot,,, which might get on someone's nerves)

YES! I think some form of relationship between them will be very interesting! I have absolutely no idea about the friends to lovers but it is totally possible and it really just depends on how they interact with each other. I'm excited to see what comes of this!
