"..Mmm nope, I think you just like my presence! Understandable, really. It is rare to meet an individual of the divine, " Spirit's tone was one of teasing, whiskers twitching in amusement. He was poking buttons at this point. A small slip of his mask showed. Honestly, if he was bored he changed the situation.
Spirit dropped to an unusual stillness once the other started to speak. His eyes never glanced away for Inferno for even a second, he barely blinked. A soft murmur finally escaped from him under his breath, "So, you're one of them, " Well, that made this slightly more interesting. Clan cats were funny, former clan cats tended to have a hatred that could be harnessed. Former for a reason, after all.
See, the chimera could be polite. He was sitting here patiently, listening to the stranger delve into a monologue. Admittedly, they did stop listening gradually. Truly, they were even trying this time. It was just, the whole ol' revenge gimmick was never something Spirit found remotely interesting. Sure, per se they got the chance to strike down the boring black cat - wonderful! Expect would they spend their whole life trying to do so? Never. To move on meant to exist in spite of; something those who betrayed you would never want you to do.
Oh boy, the covering of one eye was a bit too much. Immediately he slapped a paw against his mouth to hold in possible snickering, they wanted to hear how this dramatic spiel ended! Seriously, they loved dramatics. It was fun, but at least they had a level of self-awareness that he was dramatic. It was birthright, if you were immortal and a practical God you would be too.
There was a drag of silence once the feline finished before Spirit burst out laughing, almost doubling over from the fit of hysterical giggles. It took a few minutes for them to regain their composure, straightening up and placing a paw on their chest. "And you said I! Me! had crazy theories! Goodness, I truly had you pegged, aaa, should've figured you would be one of those revengeful types, too. I mean, honestly mister stranger, this cat has already destroyed everything you've known from the sounds of it and now you're letting them claim the rest of it! Seems like the only one winning here is them if you let them crawl and live underneath your skin like a parasite, " They clicked their tongue, abruptly rising to their paws.
"And I mean really, if it's just ooone traitor - you'll be forgotten in a few moons, silly! Clan cats losee members aaaall the time, maybe if they have a few friends or family but even then it won't take long for that to eventually fade out into nothingness. Noow, if you think bigger, then maybe you'll be a horror story for kits. Expect, hmm, " Spirit made a dramatic show of tapping his chin as if he was thinking. He was not. "If it wasn't just you .. theen that's where you can truly wreck some damage, " a small seedling was planted, an idea. Something to come back later to see how much this stranger's hatred had festered. If it had spread.
Their tail twitched erratically, and it started to circle around the tom with sparking energy. "Also, I truly feel like my answer to that question is quite obvious considering I just told you changing your destiny is possible! Encouraged it, even. Sure, you can make guesses but ultimately your actions are what set everything in motion. I only .. interpret the cobwebs of fate as they are now. Besides, love, if anything is an illusion here it would be my very existence. I defy the laws of the living and the dead, but that's a bit ... much for you to understand so let us leave it at that, " Not many cats could comphrend being in the precense of the Holy Spirit. To be faced with their own mere morality, to question the aftermath of their soul as they knew they would never be so lucky. No, he was the Chosen.
Another laugh escaped from them, "Oh yes, you should've but don't feel bad. You're not the first nor the last. One cannot help being curious. I do appreciate it, though, not incredibly fond of getting blood over my fur. Stains easily, " Spirit rumbled. "Soo.. what's the bill of fare this time around?" Which was fancy speech for whatever the tom was actually smelling.

Inferno, the revengeful
Rogue
He/Him
Inferno really found that cat annoying. But really. Divine, yeah, like he could believe. Just a crazed one. And he was repeating himself all over again...
As he walked, he emitted a low growl...
"I am his parasite, it's not the opposite. I am already empty of everything, I burned away. I am not the one he knew. The only thing he is the parasite of is a shell, an empty shell. Bet he doesn't even know I'm alive. That idiot... Let 'em suck the blood of what remains, so I can make 'em choke better on their pride and dreams."
He litterally spat 'pride' and 'dream', it had a bitter taste. Then, another manic smile appeared on his face.
"Oh trust me... I know when to strike. After all, I knew that traitor for so long, since my former self was a kit. I know his intentions. Greed. Pride. Power. Glory. No matter what it takes, he will try to prove himself as the strongest of all. He works hard for it..."
Memories flashed by. Him younger, speaking about their dreams... With a cat shrouded behind darkness, now with a twisted face. Inferno's manic smile widened even more.
"He'll try to be a leader. Or someone of power. Killing a leader, or someone like that isn't easily forgettable."
He chuckled before going back to a stern expression.
"If he fails, change of plans. I shall find him and kill him."
He then remained silent, walking in silence, with that annoying cat behind him.
"Then let be it. Let the kits know what their elders are capable of doing. Let them know that they aren't safe from betrayal."
Yes. If he only became a story for kits, then let him leave a mark. Let them know that danger lurks not only before them, but also behind them. He then carefully listened to the other cat's proposition.
If he wasn't alone? Well, that could be an idea... But...
"Who knows what are the plans of others. That's the problem. It's difficult to trust those whose intentions you do not know. Like I said, there's always
someone to betray you when you expect it the less."
However, deep inside his mind, a small idea sparked. He could find some cats that hated the clans or ThunderClan for whatever reason, and form a small group... Not many tho, but it could work... Doesn't it?
Hmm... He was maybe onto something, not like he would admit it...
"You decide I guess. It's me who got scammed, not you."
He said neutrally. Whatever the cat wanted, so he could go already... He realized how it would be a one way deal, especially if whatever the cat wanted was a big clawed thing with a jaw full of fangs.
He survived a fire, granted, but he was almost sure a dog or a badger won't be that merciful...
