Before he could speak, Redsurge arrived. ”Redsurge, I appreciate what you’re trying to do, but please give everyone a moment to grieve and process.” His tone wasn’t harsh, but his tail twitched as an indicator for her to back up. Cricketsplash echoed his brother’s words.

”Thank you. Give Owltalon and the medicine cats their space for a moment, please. RiverClan will all get the chance to say goodbye…” A defeated sigh escaped his lips. ”Thank you all. RiverClan will remain strong in this dark time.”
