oh wow okay dreaming now!

cobwebfern would admit, even with having had starclan dreams before, this was a little bit scary. this would determine her future.. kind of... a little bit. she opened her eyes slowly, taking in the gorgeous scenery. it was comfortable, the familiar sound of rushing water from the small crevice in the looming cliff wall.

her gaze alighted on beebla- BEEBLAZE? something clicked in cobweb's brain and she remembered- the first ever starclan visit she had had and the first to ever teach her herbs. oh, how it all came so full-circle. ' beeblaze..! hello! i- i remember you- wow. ' she paused her anxious rambling, squinting at bee and cracking her first real smile in a while. ' it's nice to see you. i hope you've been doing well? ' but that's not what we're here for, is it?

cobwebfern sat at a respectful distance in front of beeblaze, tilting her head as she listened to him speak. at his praise, the tips of her ears turned pink and she looked away, embarassed. ' thank you, ' she began, tailtip twitching. ' i think owltalon- oh, righ', star, now, hopefully, if all goes well- will help.. bring riverclan to the glory we.. deserve. ' she watched as beeblaze stood up, nerves twisting in her stomach.

as bee called upon starclan, cobwebfern's eyes moved up to the stars. maybe storms would be up there. maybe storms would be proud. speaking of stormstar, beeblaze- her new name was.. cobwebstorm? cobweb stepped back a second, mouth open in surprise. the newly named full medicine cat's (!!! holy crap- she'd have to dwell on that later) eyes brimmed with tears. ' thank you. so much. '

cobwebstorm touched her nose to beeblaze's and smiled. she looked up again at the stars, glimmering softly above her. and with that, she was brought back to the real world, awaking with a gasp.

she didn't notice the.. situation going on at first, too lost in thought about everything that had brought her to this moment. tansypaw, mistyshard, minkpaw, marigoldleap, the raids, losing her leg, everything she had survived to bring her to.. here. cobwebstorm. riverclan's co-medicine cat. she was then snapped out of her thoughts by owls batting a pebble at a rock. cobwebstorm looked around- oh WHAT.
