Nobody got you the way I do

[Spring rolled a 13 ! |

This ground was dragging her down, she could fell the mud or whatever caking up in her fur as she trudged on through. Her previous kill was hidden from nosy scavengers, but she sought to hunt some more. Slinking into the shadows with the use of shadow fiend she went on the prowl for another to bring home. Springburst still recalled what Mistlewhisker said so she would at least try to catch two pieces of prey and maybe a third if she's lucky enough. A twitch of her good ear she heard the sound of rustling once more, a sparing look showed it to be a dove like bird. Focusing on the bird she slowly slinked in its direction, staying in the shadows as she slowly got closer and closer. Usually she would try to see if she could snatch it out of the air but today wasn't the day to try, some other time. Once she was close enough, she made the leap and outstretched claws sunk into the feathery body of the dove pinning it to the ground. With a few slaps in the face from its frantic wing flapping, she snapped its neck and hide the limp body with the lemming.

She thought luck was on her side when she caught that one so that meant she'd be able to snag another right? Wrong, as soon as she slunk into the shadows once more she spotted a tiny mouse probably a young one ahead of her. One miss step of her paw landing in mud was enough noise for the small animal to run away in panic. She contemplated on chasing it but with the soggy ground around her, it wasn't really worth the trouble. With a huff she picked up her two pieces of prey and made her way back to the original spot for the others.
