Re: Brokenstar's Oath
Pale tendrils wrapped around Bogtumble's claws and evaporated as he yanked them away from the veil. It was much easier now. He was sure he had mastered it, this careful art of destruction - he hardly even felt ill anymore.
Their precious border had been tattered and torn beyond repair, and it was his doing. Would they see him now for what he really was? Not a parasite, but a god! StarClan was weak, and it was because of him! They'd take him seriously now... and when he told them to send him back they would, because otherwise he would shatter them all and leave them to rot just as he had been!
Brokenstar's irritating voice broke through is fantasy. Bogtumble whirled to face him, a twisted grin carving its way onto his muzzle before it fell into bared teeth and a hateful sneer. "YOU. Do you have no idea what I've done? I am not vermin, I am your downfall!"
His claws fell uselessly through the mist on his next swipe. He realized with a jolt that he was fading. "What- What did you DO-?"
Then he was gone.
