Whispy purred as Streamkit settled next to her. There was a nostalgia to it that she enjoyed. It was like they were both kits again, even though he technically still was. Being an apprentice without him sharing a den with her felt odd, even though she did have her sister Turtlepaw with her. She took a bite when it was her turn, careful to avoid any bones. When she saw some, she carefully pulled them out and set them aside, old habit. She used to do the same with she shared fish with her sister.

"I miss this." She admitted in a hushed voice. "Y-You'll be...joining me in the apprentice's den s-soon right?" She asked, looking at Stream with wide, hopeful eyes. They were practically the same age, it shouldn't be much longer now right? "Th-Then we can train together! And share prey w-whenever." She purred at the thought, but then realized he might have different ideas for his apprenticeship. "O-Only if you want to of c-course."

Whisperingpaw shuffled her paws timidly, she hoped she hadn't overstepped or been insensitive or anything.
