Stagheart nodded; Owlstar's points were fair, and her offering to train Daisypaw herself on self-defense was both an honor and relief. He dipped his head respectfully, submitting to her words and thinking them over for a moment before responding. He was grateful that RiverClan's new leader had a good head on her shoulders; he'd respected her as deputy, and it seemed even now she did well with offering a balanced perspective between logic and kindness. Probably much better than many others.

"I know she can't hide forever... that's what I'm worried 'bout," he agreed with a huff, furrowing his whisker brows in thought. "But I like whatcha said. 'N it'd be an honor for both me 'n her if you could teach her anything you know or come up with. I'm sure she'd be real appreciative, too."

Regarding camp confinement or not, Stagheart hummed in thought, tail flicking. "Camp confinement would rest my mind easier, though not hers. I do agree witcha it'd be easiest, but if she wanted or had to go out, then she'd have to get a warrior or two wit' her. Somethin' like that. I trust your lead on this, Owlstar — I ain't much good in these sorts of situations. I only know huntin', fightin', 'n killin' when need be." His whiskers twitched in dry amusement of that blunt yet accurate remark. "If you think that'd be best, I'm with ya on it. You just tell me if you see anythin' that needs changin' for either me or Daisy, 'n I'll do my best with what I've got."
