Pebblestep was a bit surprised at this information. She had never known. "Well," she sighed, "I don't know... I hate to feel like I'm pressuring you or Snakesnap for anything..." She mewed, the guilt creeping into her voice once more. "But, thanks," The she-cat stated sincerely, rubbing her head up against him, "For everything." The chat really had made her feel better.

Falconwing purred and nuzzled the beautiful she-cat. "You're welcome," he said softly. He refused to think that Pebblestep's kits were Snakesnap's as well. Something deep inside him told him that they were his. Maybe it was just wishful thinking? Oh well, he wouldn't know for certain until they were born at least. He feared to think about the fact that there was the possibility of sharing his kits with Snakesnap because nobody could tell who's kits they were. The long-legged tom shook his head free of the thoughts as he focused his attention on Pebblestep again. "So when are you moving into the Nursery? Maybe we can go for a hunt if you're not currently going," he offered.
