Primroseadder purred softly as Freezingfury settled down beside her, and she pressed her maw to his shoulder briefly before her eyes snapped open and she glanced at Adderstrike. ''Oh! Adderstrike! 've gotta favor ta ask of ya,'' the queen pointed out, emerald hues narrowing against the gloominess of the nursery. ''Ya don't mind takin' on Flickerpaw's trainin' for a little while, do ya? I want ta be able ta hang out with my kits 'n be a mother ta 'em.''

The new mother looked down as Stormkit woke and asked her a question. ''Well, Storms, Claykit is my little sister, which makes her your aunt,'' Primroseadder murmured, giving Stormkit's head a gentle lick between the ears. She looked into her daughter's green eyes, which reflected her own emerald ones as she tried to coax her out of hiding. ''Come back out, Storms. Adderstrike 'n Mosslight aren't goin' ta hurt ya.''
