Screaming wasn't something he thought he'd hear today... or really ever being in the realm of the stars. Despite his distrust and suspicion about this place he roams, he couldn't fight the instinct that drove him to keep trying. The golden feline was on his paws in moments, thundering noises moving with him as his steps hammered across the shores. They were unfamiliar, he'd never came here, but this was the direction the screams came from, so he followed.

Then two cats came into view, between them laid a familiar pelt -- familiar though he hadn't seen it in... seasons. The name rolled off his tongue, just like it would've seasons ago when they shared the clan together. A protective manner that the former leader hadn't used since his reign:

"LARKTHROAT!!"

His paws beat against the shoreline faster, skidding to a halt and butting in between the cats. "GET BACK!" He'd snap towards Skycloud, giving the other a small window of opportunity to react before he'd actually shoulder the warrior away. Deep down, Blazingstar knew it was good intentions, but there wasn't controlling the concern and protective feelings that radiated from him. He also didn't know who either of these cats were, thus making them untrustworthy in a situation like this.

The tom would crouch down, attempting to nudge Larkthroat. She was conscious, that was good. Something was amiss, though. "Hey, what happened? Do you need anything?" What was he supposed to do? Use some magical power to heal her? Could he do that? Surely not. He was just jumping to conclusions at this point, going over the run-down that was embedded into his brain. He just wanted her to say something, anything, to ease his racing heart.
