he sniffled. he missed mama driz, he missed kes, he missed pops. was his family cursed? " rose. honey. promise me you two wont leave, okay?" his mind kept flashing with that day pops died. drizzlekit missed his brother.
he turned his head to see his father, papa bird! his tail looked like a snake twitching with anticipation. maybe he could practice his hunting crouch? he would be an apprentice soon, wouldnt he? he crept clumsily towards his father, and leapt towards his tail.
