rookfire padded back into camp, barely dropping off the fruits of his labour when flytail stepped into the center of camp once more. it appeared his event was finally taking place and even though rookfire had been thoroughly displeased by the way the older cat had handled it, he was curious enough to move closer.

moving soundlessly yada yada almost like that was the whole dang point of the game. seriously why would anyone need that explanation. alright i appeared as if flytail was going the 'teach everyone here the basics before even specifying anything about the game' sure. rook took the opportunity to make himself comfortable, sandpaper tongue running through his dark fur repeatedly in an attempt to remove the disshevlement caused by today. while the basics of stealth went in one ear and out the other, rook considered the two parts of the game.

it was simple to desire to be placed in the role of the hunter, but he couldnt help but feel like being the prey may provide more improvement. they wouldnt act like regular prey would, but if you know the way your hunter acts you can change your own hunting behaviour to correct dead giveaways. that was honestly more promising, even without taking the use of such training into account against the other clans.

rookfire yawned, angular head turned skywards, watching the red and yellow clouds hide the last rays of sun.

"you didnt assign anyone groups" he spoke up blankly, cool grey eyes resting on flytail. he wasnt moving, getting into position as flytail had called it.
