Breezekit

Breezekit listened, her brows furrowed in thought. Everyone seemed worried, because they didn't want to look like the deputy? Was it supposed to be painful? Her fur felt warm in embarrassment, so unsure about something that the other cats found natural. Dad was going out to fight off whatever best up the warriors, and one of her Aunts too. They were plenty strong, and whatever these tough beasts were, there has to be a few less of them after the first fight.
"You'll chase their stinking butts off!" Breezekit exclaimed as Acornfall said his goodbyes. She couldn't let her dad see her worried. Mom and Dreamykit already had that covered. She sat closer to them at Briarmask's tug, but she kept her head held high. No being a downer.
"Come on, they'll win this time. Dad needs to come back to show us new moves."
