Once the others in the den had been given hydration, he'd trail after Wolfhawk and Spiderthroat. Exhaustion hung in his normally bright eyes, his steps dragging with each step. He'd barely registered the deputy tossing his name out but focused on T/reetigers. His jaw clenched at the name as he took a seat outside the den. She'd been unconscious for a couple days now, something had drained her. Something wasn't right with what she'd done but no one could question her right now.

A demotion was in order and was granted. Spiderthroat was seething, for valid reasons but Sparrowpelt grew anxious of his wellbeing. It was taking a lot out of him, the warrior was sure of it.

As he listened to the public announcement, his eyes landed on Rosepaw and Flintclaw. They seemed close, that was good. However, he'd frown. During this whole ordeal, he'd neglected his kits. He'd have to get them together to share a meal because stars knew, he needed a good meal and a break. If his staring caught their attention, he'd offer a small smile, though his eyes still lacked the brightness. He'd take note that Flintclaw seemed to be doing much better, that was good. At least he was out of the medicine cat den, now. It was awfully crowded in there the last couple weeks. @Dolomedes @namen_roodles

His attention was caught by Bluetpaw and Sparrowpelts ears pinned. Now was not the time for someone to be pestering Spiderthroat. Fearful the apprentice would get snapped at or worse, Sparrowpelt swooped in. His fluffy pelt stepping between her and Bluetpaw and his tail trailing her away from the deputy. Once settled back into place in the crowd, he'd say a curt "Sit," before sighing slightly. He understood her concern, but there would be other times for this. "It'd be wise not ta bother tah deputy right now," The warrior began, his fluffy tail wrapping around his large paws. "Bumblestar hasn't been awake 'n several days, if a'all this whole time. If she can recover from this life loss, she'll be a'right. We don't know right now," The warrior spoke quietly, although it didn't matter if others heard. It wasn't hard to put two and two together to realize they might not have a leader when all was said and done. Only time would tell. @kailie @Starfalll

There was something else the deputy had to say and he could tell by how his gears seemed to turn in his eyes. How curious. What else was there? Unless.... oh..
