~~~ Now, what was this? Flintclaw hadn't noticed her in the corner of his eye, but Bumblestar's voice was unmistakable. He didn't even need to guess why she called Wolfpaw out. He licked his lip and pushed himself painfully into a seated position, letting the otter settle in his stomach as his eyes took in her appearance.
Gaunt. Gaunt was the only descriptor he could think when the starved, angry leader stepped into the clearing. The skeletal appearance only brought more to the intimidation that the leader's fury called for. His eyes narrowed and scanned for Wolfpaw. It was a miracle she was awake, and possibly a death sentence that Spiderthroat had allowed the apprentice to stay.
