Re: ThunderClan Stormcrest
FLINTCLAW
Thunderclan warrior | 23 moons | Massive, scarred dark tabby tom with pale blue eyes.
Killer Aptitude T1 | Just a scratch
~~~ Flintclaw narrowed his eyes as the shaking ex-medicine cat approached Bumblestar, tongue flicking out to clean the meal from his lips. A petty little apology was all the worthless tom had given to the leader he had killed. A scowl rested unhidden on his features, only deepening as Maplehaze moved in to support him. He had thought Maplehaze worth a bit more than that. How unforunately wrong he was.
Blood was shed and the dark tabby's claws sank into the earth. This was more the punishment he had expected from Spiderthroat. Well deserved bloodshed, yet even she stayed her claws. A level of respect and support for her deputy's orders, as well as perhaps her current condition, stopping her from ripping the apprentice apart. His name would certainly change, though. Flintclaw had never known Wolfhive and Redhawk well, he knew more of them than he knew them, but this seemed like yet another light punishment. He wasn't about to voice that opinion, though. The moment she said Worm... He had almost thought that the best choice. He was interested in seeing what the 'paw would choose, but he doubted many things. It certainly wouldn't be enough.
Perhaps in another life Flintclaw would've flinched when Bumblestar turned her attention to Maplehaze. Maybe he would've flinched when she snarled at the crowd. He, however, had no intent of supporting the filthy apprentice that should've been exiled or dead before. Even if it had been a friend, they would've been excommunicated for actions such as these already. No, instead he was relishing in the punishment of a traitor. Two traitors. Thunderclan was better without as far as he was concerned.
Pineblossom. He saw her in the corner of his eye dipping her head and sitting close enough to speak in a low tone. "The understatement of a lifetime," He growled low in a reply, rasp even more prominent in the quiet tone. His eyes narrowed as he waited for Maplehaze to leave and the unnamed apprentice to decide his fate. His name or his life. He had no doubt which option that the 'paw would choose. He was obviously too afraid to do anything but pick a name for himself. He hoped that Bumblestar shot down anything remotely desirable.
