Tundra may have grown up here, but each day something would manage to send shivers down her spine. Her claws dug into the hard, dry dirt, her hues darting around nervously. It was as though she expected something to suddenly just jump out at her. And technically, she did. Tundra was a fighter, and a skilled one at that, but she wasn't very strong when it came to talking and interacting with others. In fact, she was just plain awkward. No matter how hard the she-cat had tried, she was always rather awkward and quiet when she talked to others. She hated herself for this. Why couldn't her social skills be as good as her fighting skills?
Tundra was just a nervous bundle in the Dusk Syndicate. She wasn't like most of the cats who lived her. She was hardly noticed and was extremely nervous. The she-cat was better at fighting than most, but she wasn't very strong mentally. The fighter suddenly realized what she was doing to the poor ground below. She quickly lifted her paws before placing them down on the ground gently. She gaze was taken away from staring around for just a few short moments as she did this, before she returned to doing what she doing. Tundra might as well be a guard. She was always looking around, ready for something to attack her.

A brown tom padded into the Clearing. He was pretty sure he'd picked up on how things worked around here...and he didn't exactly like them. Still, so long as he stayed away from the rude cats...and stayed close to the pleasant ones, or powerful ones...he would be safe. Right? Right. Arrow noticed a nervous looking she cat in one part of the Clearing-- she looked safe enough to approach. Safe enough so that he wouldn't get hurt. Safe...what did that word mean, anyways? It had been so long since Arrow had actually lived the word, he had forgotten what it was like to be safe. And he wasn't quite sure how to approach this she cat, wondering if he was going to end up being hurt. Ah well. He had been hurt so many times, one more couldn't... really...damage him any further. Right? Right. It just couldn't. He began to approach the she cat, hues glinting as though he thought she were some sort of a wild animal getting ready to attack him, and he sat down near-- not beside-- her. He didn't want to make things awkward by acting as though he knew her and making it seem uncomfortable for the both of them. And besides that...Arrow was sick and tired of getting hurt. He knew it. He knew there was no denying it, either. How could he? Every time he turned around, he was either getting betrayed or feeling as though he were alone here.
And because he felt so alone...perhaps he really was. There was no telling, to be honest. "Hi." He mewed in a low voice to the she cat, lowering his head as though he were afraid to look directly at her. Arrow didn't like to look a cat directly in the eye, whether they were a she cat, tom, or otherwise. He cleared his throat, glancing up at the sky out of the corner of his eye. It wouldn't be long until dark, and he hated being in the Syndicate at dark. It was the most uncomfortable time to be a part of the bloodthirsty...group. Gang. It wasn't a Clan, exactly, and he knew that most cats would make a point of that, especially the new leaders who probably weren't too happy with their lot. Looking around, all Arrow could see was a bunch of half-starved, mangy cats.
Including himself.

PROFILE PICTURE REFERENCE
I mentioned on my profile that I was starting over. A fresh start is best for me right now; I've created quite a few new characters, and they will all be on my site, but not all will be used in roleplay right away. it's likely I'll bring them in more gradually.
