Sure it wasn't true exile, because she, and the others who were there with her, had done nothing wrong, only gotten in the way of Blazingnight. The Angora swiped her pastel yellow hues over the clearing. This was home, and she had missed it dearly in her days away. She had always taken for granted the pleasures that she could enjoy when she was here with the clan. Here it was okay if you didn't always come back with prey. Out there, if you didn't catch anything you would starve. All it was was more stress for her than anything, and boy was it a relief to be back here in her home. But she was here now, but her times in the woods behind the territory would never be forgotten.
Finchfeather was supposed to be happy about being home. His sister was the leader now, and he was free to go back to normal life as it had used to be- however, a part of his yeart had been ripped apart in the liberation, his mate seeming not to care about him anymore and moving to Skyclan- which left him here with a broken clan, family, and heart. He was bitter about it, for sure- Finchfeather wasn't known for taking anythihg lightly. Padding into the clearing with his head down, the brown tabby warrior's head hung low as he sighed, eyes narrow as he glanced around at all the cats he'd helped to save. They look so happy- why is it just me who doesn't feel right? Maybe it was selfish of him, but the warrior thought he'd done enough good in his life to deserve a happy ending. Gazing around camp, he started to search for anything that would keep his mind off of his own misfortunes- and sure enough, he found one face he definitely recognized. Diverting his eyes to the gray-dappled molly, he strode up towards Smokeblossom briskly, as if he'd just finished a patrol. "Hey- how's settling in been going for you?" He mumbled, eyes still staring towards the ground awkwardly.
