Vaguely, she wondered what her father was thinking, and unconsciously she raised her gaze to the sky, ears flicking. Are you proud of me, Dad?
She was snapped out of these thoughts at Stormstrike's responding yowl, and snickered when she realized he'd caught up to her. "The slow slug beside me!" She purred teasingly, before picking up speed, racing ahead once more.

The warrior rolled his eyes playfully. "Well you can't really can you. ThunderClan depends on you and Gyrestar to lead it," Stormstrike remarked, finding no need to yowl anymore considering he was now next to her. Unless he was interest in breaking her earsdrums. Although, he had no interest in doing that whatsoever. Thinking about it, Stormstrike wondered what his family would think about it. Applefall would most likely be proud, Berrystripe would probably be cool about it, and his dad? Well, he would never be able to know. He wish he could know though. There were many things about his dad he wished he could know. Like who was he?
"If i'm a slug then you're a sloth," Stormstrike teased, and quickly gained more speed, trying to get in front of the siamese she-cat. Running through ThunderClan's territory, the stormy pelted warrior felt so free. This was what he loved about running.
