Personality: Many moons ago, this she-cat was a very bright and happy cat. She was always bouncing around the camp, flashing a smile at every cat that she came across. Dazzlinggaze would be the cat who had your back and would cheer you up when you were sad. She was loud and cheerful, always lighting up the mood whenever she could. She saw the positive in everyone and everything, even if they weren't really that nice at first glance. She was laughing and spreading the laughter and the smiles as she went, finding great joy in seeing her clan mates feeling happy. Dazzlinggaze was an extremely kind cat, always giving up something of hers for your sake. But, that was a long time ago. As she grew older, she had a harsh lie and has since then lost her happiness.
Despite the change in her bright and bubbly personality, there are a few things about this she-cat that'll probably never change. For example, she's still helpful. She will be that shoulder that you can lean on in times of grief. She will encourage you when you feel scared or lost. She will still help you, just without that bright aura that she once had. Dazzlinggaze still finds happiness iln knowing that she's helped someone, but it's still not enough to make her smile. She can't seem to brighten her mood up like she had done so easily with everyone else's mood so long ago. This warrior will always do her best to contribute to her clan, even if she can't make herself happy whilst she's doing it.
Another thing that'll never change about her, is her loyalty. Dazzlinggaze is an extremely loyal cat, to her friends and family, and to her clan. She would horrify herself if she were to betray someone. That isn't the type of cat that she is. As long as you have her trust, she will be forever loyal to her. With her loyalty, stays her kindness. Kindness and loyalty are two of the biggest traits that you will make you want to like this she-cat. They are something that's part of her and no one can change her for it.
There is one major thing however, that has changed about her. Moons ago, she was loud. Loud and cheerful. Now she's quiet. She likes to have a conversation with a clan mate every now and again, but she doesn't just walk up randomly to someone like she used to. She doesn't randomly yell out something and get rid of awkward silences. If anything, she's the one who creates awkward silences. The past has hit her hard, but rather than taking out her anger and sadness on others, she just keeps to herself so she doesn't accidentally start blaming someone for a crime that they didn't commit.
Whilst her past hasn't been able to affect some parts of her, there are some specific parts that have been greatly wounded. Her mind has become emotionally weakened. She is now rather fragile and sensitive. Knowing this, Dazzlinggaze is cautious when she's picking her friends. She doesn't like getting close to anyone if she had even the slightest suspicion that they might try to hurt her. Yes, she is a bit paranoid.
Some might see her and think, why doesn't she just smile if she wants to? Well, it's simply because of the fact that Dazzlinggaze doesn't do something without a good reason. Why smile if you can't find any joy? That would make her just feel as though she were lying to herself. Dazzlinggaze isn't a greedy cat. No, she only has one wish. If she could wish for absolutely anything, Dazzlinggaze would wish to smile again.
Roleplay Sample: Replaying her previous words in her mind, Everpaw's tail twitched in amusement. At times, the calico seemed like Sunpaw's mother. If there was something that she didn't agree with, she would make sure that the tom got the message. "Oh yes, how silly it is of me to forget," Everpaw replied in the same mocking tone. The she-cat wouldn't ever forget something like that. Sunpaw was a gentleman and she knew it, so she found herself not having to remind him daily that he better be more respectful. The apprentice could trust her best friend when it came to respect, and worry about herself. Everpaw believed that respect was a very important thing. It was the key to a good reputation and it was the way to being respected. The she-cat hated being treated rudely and with disrespect. It made her want to hurt her enemies and put them through bad times. Perhaps that isn't very nice of her, but she can't help it, she's not perfect after all. No one was perfect. If anyone was, then she would instantly dislike them. She hated being around cats that were good at basically everything. It wasn't fun, and although she would never admit it, she knew it was just because she was jealous. But who wouldn't be jealous if you were so hardworking yet you knew that there was someone who was better than you? Everpaw was never in a good mood when that happened.
The calico found herself raising an eye at his words. Well that was....flattering, considering this was Sunpaw who was talking. The golden tom knew a lot of cats due to his flirty nature. At least he was a social cat. Everpaw on the other hand....wasn't quite the same. She was generally social, although she didn't just walk over to someone and randomly start up a conversation. She preferred to concentrate on her goals, seeing as they were much more important to her than a social life. "Hmm, I guess I see where you're coming from," Everpaw responded thoughtfully. Unfortunately for Sunpaw, Everpaw knew him just too well and decided to let curiosity get the better of her. "It sounds an awful lot like what they say about love," Everpaw frowned, taking no notice of the fact that she had basically spat out the word 'love'. She didn't sound suspicious, just thoughtful.
