The she-cat nodded as Sunsong spoke of how they grow up fast, not completely understanding, as she wasn't a mother herself. "It seems odd to think that the tiny little kits in the nursery are going to be strong warriors of Windclan one day." She mused aloud, not necessarily speaking to anyone but herself.
Sunsong nodded in agreement,¨I never wanted to be a warrior,¨ she mewed,¨ever since I got my warrior name I knew it wasnt the life I wanted to live. So I became a forever queen. Dedicating my life to providing life for the clan.¨ SHe was never sad that she didnt become a warrior. SHe had always loved the idea of having kits upon kits upon kits. She loved every moment of taking care of the nursery. It wasnt like she sat around all day playing with kits. It was helping new mothers wiht their kits and settling into the nursery, taking care of her own litter, repairing the nursery when needed and so on. She loved every moment. It was the same as doing patrols everyday, but it was a life Sunsong wanted to live. She never had the experience of being a warrior. She knew how to hunt and knew how to fight, but never has gone a a patrol. Instead, watching over the clearing with kits and ensuring their all fed and taken care of. It was a dramatic difference compared to being a warrior, but she loved every moment.
