Yes, it was probably a good idea to try and get one's spirits up to be in the midst of things in order to help morals when their camp was in a safe state to rebuild, but the sopping wet warrior was not happy to be pestered by one they did not know.

"Chivalry is dead, just so you know," they muttered, immediately getting to the task of thoroughly deterring this good-looking tom from whatever the hell he had in mind. Sure, Smokestep could
just be making sure if they were okay, but Creek never loved giving too many chances. Their tail lashed to and fro as they awaited a response.

The dark grey tom shook his head, the light grey fur around his neck shaking. He slowly sat down and said, "Are you truly okay?" He twitched his ears toward her thin, wet frame. "You fell into the stream. It won't be good." He slowly angled his head, silently asking if he could help her get her fur clean and dry.
