Moon was still eagerly awaiting Woodpeckerflight's awnser, that she was only half aware of a familiar scent reaching her nose. I just really can't believe that she actually joined a clan... The feline thought, stiffiling another sigh. Then, once again, Moon was aware of the familiar scent behind her. She blinked once when she heard-"Excuse me?" In the familiar tone that was Halite's. The molly quickly stood up.
Honestly, Moon had always been a little on edge around Halite. It wasn't that she was afraid of the Dusk Syndicate commander, it was that she always just a slight bit nervous around him. She was always a bit worried that she would maybe say or do something wrong and set him off.
"Uh-" She glanced toward her daughter. "She doesn't mean any harm." She said simply, a detached part of her mind wondering if this was when she pushed him in the wrong direction. The Egyptian Mau wished that Navy was by her side right now, that would case her to feel a lot better about the situation she was currently in.
