Well, he threw himself at her. It was a lunge more like. Hopefully the move she had been expecting. Or at least a move like it. Weaselshade while he flew through air, realized something. Did Thea know how to fight? He was a moon older than her, though he shared no training sessions with her in apprenticehood. Since she was a forever queen, and a former kittypet, maybe she didn't. But she was an apprentice at one point. Therefor she would have had to have fighting practice at sometime. Then the question became, was she any good at it? Well, they just needed to wait and see.
Thea embraced herself for impact. She wasn't going to move, and when the tom did manage to pin her down, her eyes widened. Goodness! Why was he so big? She felt like she was being crushed under him. That didn't feel good...but it was better than doing Ratheart's move. Poor Lemonspotted hadn't left the nursery in a while. She was such a zombie that it scared Thea, and she always told Mothkit and Nightkit to stay away from the other queen. But, as she laid under Weaselshade the she cat purred. "Ah, I thought you'd never make your move!" She laughed, wistfully before using one of her paws to lightly graze the side of his cheek. He probably was bigger than her...but being smaller, she was able to wiggle freely from under the tom. It was a simple move, and once she was free, she shook her muscles. He definitely had muscles...that was good. She stared at the tom, hitting him in the face with her tail, "My turn?" She asked. But, she knew it was her turn. Maybe, she wouldn't be able to pin him down...but she had other techniques that she was sure would work.
