He couldn’t just go about talking about his clan mates dying and leaving her alone. It was ticking her off. "I hope you don’t want any kits of your own when you grow up. We don’t need any more rude idiots like you,” Everpaw said, looking away from him and focusing on the ground. She wanted to storm off right now and find someone who was better than Buzzardpaw. But she stayed. She stayed so that she could defend her pride and prove him wrong. Her eyes lit up in surprise at his next words. "How do you know that?” Everpaw asked in confusion. For a moment, the confusion lingered in her yellows orbs until they were replaced with fury. "You are nosy! What I do with my friends is none of your business!” Everpaw spat. She unsheathed her claws out of anger. She wasn’t planning on actually hurting the tom, it was just something she normally did out of anger or frustration. "You don’t even count as a friend of mine and you have no right to insult me, or know about everything that I do!” Everpaw continued, huffing angrily. She knew that tested the loyalty of her best friend might be a bit extreme for the average cat, but she wasn’t average. She was different.
"Good,” Honeyvenom said, returning the smile. "The air’s getting chillier, Leaf-fall is approaching,” She suddenly remarked, glancing up at the sky as if she were expecting snow to suddenly start falling out of the sky. She had felt it earlier when she’d gone hunting. A cold breeze had whisked past and ruffled her short fur. "I hope the coming Leaf-bare shall be kind,” Honeyvenom murmured quietly to herself.
A tabby she-cat was lying down in a grassy patch of the clearing. It was shaded by a branch that arched over her. Her chin was resting on her paws and she stared out lazily at the cats that walked past her. Honeyvenom lived a very relaxed life. She did the same things every day and she seemed to have no drama in her life. She was carefree and calm. The warrior was fortunate to live such a normal life. She knew there were a lot of cats amongst the clan who lived much more different lives. Honeyvenom found that a lot of drama in life came from socialising. The orange tabby herself socialised quite a bit. She had a decent amount of friends and she was well-liked. It was hard to not like the she-cat when she was so gentle and kind. Like a queen. Honeyvenom made her friends, but very truthfully, she did not get herself too attached to those who she became friends with. There were only a few cats who she trusted to keep her secrets and got really close to. The rest, she was just as kind and friendly with, but she told them no secrets. She treated them as she would any clan mate. Or probably, a little kinder than those clan mates who she had not yet met.
Honeyvenom lifted her head and looked around. She was getting bored of lying around all day. She had lazed around for long enough. She slowly sat up, curling her tail around her paws. She gazed around the camp, looking for someone who looked like they could do with a nice chat. After a short moment, her amber gaze landed on a particular tom. There was something different about the tom. He seemed….tense. Perhaps that was the word to describe him. From what she could see at this side of the camp, he looked ready to jump out of his fur if something moved. Was something wrong? Should she ask? She didn’t want to seem nosy, but he looked like he had something on his mind that needed dealing with. Honeyvenom wanted to help, but she didn’t want to upset him if he didn’t want to talk. But it was worth a shot. She might as well try first. It was better than doing nothing and letting the poor cat screech in terror when a leaf fell. Maybe she could get him to relax. She rose to her paws and padded towards him, flicking her tail in the air as she stood up.
"Goodmorning,” Honeyvenom said softly as she reached the tom. She took a seat down next to him and wrapped her tail around her paws like he had. "I’m Honeyvenom,” She said, looking at the tom and waiting patiently for his response. She could not remember seeing him around camp before, meaning that she didn’t know his name either. Hopefully he would respond the way she hoped he would, or else she would have to live through a whole conversation without knowing his name. That, or she would awkwardly have to ask for his name. Honeyvenom never liked having to ask for someone’s name when they did not give it away straight away. She normally didn’t have to do it, but when she did she didn’t enjoy the moment. It was plain awkward.

(I might be using the wrong cat, I think Owlstone?)
She nodded," Yeah it is starting to cool down and soon the leaves will change. I think it's transitioning into Leaf Fall already. Atleast from what I can see from the fresh kill the prey is still plentiful. And we'll always have our warm nests that we can line with feathers." She meowed," It's fun though watching kits play in the fallen leaves that we sweep with out tails into one corner."
