(basically it was supposed to be that a person makes a wish, usually at a window or looking up at the stars or something, but they don't get assigned a wolf from birth. when a wish is made, no matter how small, it is documented and a wolf is assigned. Though it's more like a wolf feels a wish being made and is compelled to see it through. Maybe it takes months, maybe it takes years, maybe a couple minutes, but a starwolf comes when the wisher is in the same place they made the wish, because it its only there that the starwolf can sense the wisher and go to them. Lily made her wish, and is still in the same spot, reading.) She turned the page, crossing her feet and biting her lip in excitement.
