"Oh, goodness." Kila rushed after Sade, falling into step with Atazi quickly. "I knew something was wrong." She fretted, frowning.

"Mommy?" Aliyah frowned after Atazi.
"It's okay, baby," Kion assured her, glancing after Atazi in concern. "Mommy just needs to check on Sade."
"Oh." Aliyah sighed. "She's been acting weird lately."
Nuru opened her mouth, then closed it. A smile stretched over her face.
"Uh oh." Almasi giggled behind a paw.
"What?" Aliyah turned to the older cubs in confusion.
"Nothing!"
Aroara frowned at them for a moment, then perked her ears. "O-Ohhh."
"What am I missing here?" Aliyah groaned.
"Don't worry about it." Nuru assured, nudging her cousin with a paw. "Just enjoy it while it lasts!"
"Yeah." Almasi chuckled.
"I hate you guys." Aliyah growled.
"Aliyah," Kion warned, turning his gaze to his daughter. His gaze was soft, but firm. "Don't say that unless you really mean it. Do you really hate them?"
"No.." Aliyah ducked her head, offering a sheepish smile.
"Then what do you say to them?" Kion nodded toward Nuru, Almasi and Aroara.
Aliyah sighed, turning to her cousins and Aroara. "I'm sorry, guys. I don't really hate you."
"It's okay, we know that." Nuru chirped, while Almasi gave a reassuring smile, and Aroara nodded her agreement.
Kion nodded, giving his daughter a warm smile before turning back to the others, glancing after Atazi once more.
