It was a breezy day, for one. Nephthys sighed as she sat up, head poking from her cave. The smooth stone was cold against her scales. Her eyes were dark, like the rest of her body. Blacked out with a lighting blue pupil. It was an odd combination for sure. She moved out of her cave, wings feeling tight as she stepped out onto the forest below. Letting her back wings unfold freely, she blew a small circle of smoke from her nose.

Ostium grumbled, stretching as he woke up from his nap. He prefer ed to sleep in the forest, honestly. But given the apparent dangers from humans, it seemed better to be a little higher up, so the humans would have a little more trouble coming towards him. Well, it seemed like a good time to introduce himself, since he had seen her before, but he had just slipped away from her.
