Here are some rules to lay down... Each county is ruled by a Prince of Vampires. Now even though they do rule, the lower ranks have all established their own group, or mafia. There, they can protect their heir, bloodline, and Humans. Lower in the rank we have maids, body guards, and scouts. Maids tend to the vampire race with their every need, where as scouts do the same with humans. Each mafia ruler has their own bodyguard. If a human is favored by the leader, she/he will receive one as well. The favorite is always seen with the leader. Below are the Mafia's and Counties:

Flare County: Magma Mafia-These guys seem ok, but they have a massive temper. They have found multiple different ways to deal with sunlight, and have designed techniques of defense on how to deal with weaknesses such as sunlight, stakes, and holy objects.

Pinprick County: Everblade Mafia-Despite their odd name, they are the most traditional of vampires. Here, many future teachers and scholars are born.

Lupus County: Lupus Mafia-These lot are hostile,and not to be messed with. They are often considered uncouth, as there are rumors they have mixed bloodlines and DNA in order to provide more population, for strength.

Valence Steel County: Steely Mafia- These are the friendliest of vampires, but beware. Their intelligence comes with a price, as rumors go that they helped the Lupus County in conducting harsh experiments on their kin. They are in charge of the county meetings, making sure that every meeting meets all the needs and standards of the counties.
