How does time fly.

A golden tabby molly gingerly wanders into the clearing, looking around at aftermath of a war she had no idea was happening. Some may not recognize the she-cat, which wasn't a surprise to her. She never allowed herself to be in the limelight, she was always around the sidelines of the clan. Still, even if she didn't look familar, she had a faded scent on her, that signature scent only a born Riverclan cat, with her own scent as well. She was confident she would not be attacked, they would know that she was one of them.

She was alone not too long after the Syndicate attacked at the Gathering. She remembered clearly what happened. She sat herself next to Fallenstream. She braved up a smile towards the dark colored deputy. Then everything came apart. After the battle, she didn't return with RiverClan, she drifted away from her clan... Away from all the clans. She had to do some serious contemplation, and she just walked away from it. You see, not too long before the attack at the Gathering, the molly broke off her relations with a WindClan tom who she had a fancy for quite a while. No one knew. No except Fallenstream. And when he confronted the two about it, she lived in fear. In fear that with his powers as deputy, he would announce to the clan about his findings. But he never did. Why? Why? She never knew why he never told. And she never asked him. She kept to the sidelines, tried to keep away from eyesight as much as possible. And just when she was poking her head out of underneath her rock and becomes less afraid of him, she up and vanishes. But she's back now.

She wanders around, as if she was lost. But she's not lost, she's been here since she was born. Ironically in a funny way, the first place she went to, was the warrior den. She wondered if they threw out her den or if it was still there in one piece. But that wasn't was her major priority. She had enough contemplating on her own. She needed to find Fallenstream. She wondered if he would accept her back or would he want her gone. She hoped it wasn't the latter. She looked around to try to spot the deputy. It wasn't too hard to find him, he was a big cat. Now where was the icey eyed fluffball?

[yES and I love how you put 'Icey eyed fluffball' that's beaut, If fallen heard that he would have just let out an offended chirping noise]

The battle was over, Thunderclan had won, Windclan had retreated. He wouldn't say Thunderclan and Riverclan had won, after all, his clan was just an accessory, a back-up, the main fight was between Thunderclan and Windclan, honestly, all the ebony tom did was pick a side. He was happy though, they had gotten out of that battle with minimal casualties, in fact, practically none, it was successful, he himself had expected to loose a life, but he only got minor scratches. Though they were small, they still stung, as though someone was poking the superficial wounds every few seconds, but of course, he could deal with that pain, after all, it was next to nothing compared to what he was going through with his mental stability. He knew he was breaking, he was falling apart quickly, every little thing angered him to the point of where, in order to get rid of it, he would think of killing to make it go away, to make it stop. The old 'him' would have, he would have already slaughtered half his clanmates, just because he believed them to be traitors and or hungry to control the clan, and now he was in that very position, he had become the very thing he strived to avoid. Everytime he heard a clanmate call his name, it made him want to gag, everytime he walked into his den, he wanted to rip it to shreds, he wanted, he wasn't sure what he wanted, but he wanted the unbarable pain to go away, the constant screeching in his head, the constant ripping of his soul, he was slowly growing numb to his own emotions, and to his morals. He felt weak, the fact that he was falling apart was because she wasn't here beside him, she wasn't here for him to chase after, she wasn't here pushing him away from battles, she wasn't here, she just wasn't here, and he depended on her so, so much that it was terrifying. It made him realize that love was a scary thing to have.

Fallenstar strode into the clearing, ignoring the slight sting of his wounds, his head held at a regular height, a serious, yet pained look plastered on his face. But if felines asked why he looked so hurt, other's would state that they didn't know, he's just always had that 'look' and it was true. The tom rarely smiled, really, primarily around his remaining family, and only around two other mollies, Honeypool and Lightstream. Once he stepped out of the glare of the sun, he spotted an equally bright pelt, a calming ember, and a sweet scent wafted into his nose, the scent of unknown lands, flowers, and honey. He stopped completely, his eyes widened, ice blue optics flickered with surprise, hope, and so much more that he couldn't even fathom into words. For a moment, he was beyond happy, she was back, it was her, but, it also could have been his deputy, Daisyshade, she had an equally warm ginger pelt, but the second she turned, the second he could see her eyes, it clicked. 'It's her.' She was the only one who had such warm, inviting, hypnotizing eyes that held so much in them. The tom took a single step forward, than another one, and after the first few he was practically running towards the warrior, his burly figure nothing but a ebony blurr to onlookers. He stopped a few mouse lengths away from the molly and looked at her, looked her over, drank in her scent, just to be sure he wasn't dreaming, just to make sure it was really her. Once it registered the tom flattened his ears and let out a choking noise. So much pressure, so much stress, so much self-hatred, vanished instantly lapis hues met Honey optics, and it was a welcome feeling, and it made itself known by forming into a liquid and rolling down his cheeks, making soft 'papping' noises on the ground beneath his paws.

"You idiot, you missed the Dawn patrol."
