Nightshadow blinked and nodded, her whiskers twitching. She sighed and had a sudden urge to hit Shadowfire's tail away, but decided not to. After all, she had spent so long trying to get a friend, losing one because she didn't know how to respond would be foolish. "Yeah... you would think all of the cats who are... different... would understand, but they don't.
