Applekit met his gaze, wide unblinking forest green eyes searing into his golden ones. Head cocking back as the large Tom ententered the cramped den, at first only his tail whisking behind him as he acknowledged him. ‘ ‘ right h- here ‘ ‘ he stammered, struggling to pull himself up onto his paws and breath in his scent.He’s actually here, he actually came to see me. Or- us. the small kit let a small smile break out onto his small lips and the excitement showing through on his slightly shaking legs. Just as the large Tom approaches the nest and rounded to settle down he attempted to rear up onto his hindlegs, paws pinwheeling as he reached at the long strands of fur dangling from him, sticking out his tongue and biting down gently on it with the effort. Just as Blazingstar settled down he had wrapped his paws around a strange of his fur and was tha covered by his overwhelming fluffiness as he laid down, ‘ ‘ d- dad! ‘ ‘ he squeaked in distress, paws pinwheeling as he tried to fight his way out from underbreath his locks of fur before tumbling right back into the open and letting out a sneeze. He gave his head a shake and turned to look at him again, the smile once again settled on his maw ‘ ‘ no, I haven’t seen her yet ‘ ‘ he said blatantly pawing at his fathers fur again, distracted completely.
