He knew his duties, after all: hunt for the clan and stay loyal to it. There wasn't much more to do beyond that that he could think of.
Walking around the clearing, he spotted Robinfur sitting across the clearing all on her own. While she didn't look lonely, Palethroat thought that a nice visit might make her day even better. He wasn't try to brag or anything like that, though. He just cared for the others and didn't like seeing them alone, even if he didn't like socializing all that much. Sauntering over to her, he stopped in his tracks only a tail length away from her, and sat down, curling his tail neatly around his well-built body.
"Hello, Robinfur," he greeted the she-cat with a joyful manner. "What have you been up to?"

Hmmph. The feline’s pale green eyes flirted lazily across the Clearing again and again. Some cats chatting, some cat eating, some kits bounding around, yadda yadda. Same old, same old. The fact of the matter was that she was almost tired of the same routine. Wake up, hunt, day, patrol, socialize, eat, sleep. It was all a waste of time. Just to defend some piece of land! Weren’t there plenty of other pieces of land out there?!
Some cat had to step in the middle of her existential crisis. And that cat happened to be Palethroat. She didn’t really know much about him aside from the fact that he was simply another one of her Clanmates. And thankfully he didn’t seem to egotistical. In fact, she took it as a kind gesture that he had come over and sit with a feline he barely knew and started a conversation. Huh.
"Hey, Palethroat," she greeted informally. "Ah, nothing but the usual. Sleep, hunt, patrol, all that." Robinfur examined her claws for a short moment before continuing. "How about you?"
