Kai kept on walking, getting closer and closer to her scent, she had stopped somewhere, at least that gave him plenty of time to catch up. As he caught sight of her, he made his way back to her side. "You didn't have to run off like that, you know?" He asked, he was starting to get why she had been acting so weird and he wanted to test some things for himself, he once again made their tails touch and looked at her from the side of his eye, he needed to make sure that he wasn't just thinking about what she could be thinking about, he really wanted to make sure of it, and maybe tease her a little when he could, after all, if she wasn't gonna say anything about it, he could have it go as long as he wanted before making a move.

Red didn't look up at him as she slowly nodded then sighed but when he touched his tail with hers again, she let out a small purr and a smile which was quickly replaced with a panicked gaze and a hard blush as she said "I-I'm s-sorry, this hasn't h-happened to me before." She started shuffling her paws as she continued on hastily giving a small smile "N-not that anything h-happening I-I mean, w-why would it? I-It's not like I l-like you or a-anything." She gave a nervous laugh.
