Kai smirked a little as she reacted in this manner once again, this time, he met her gaze. "Oh, you totally don't like me." He teased and gave the top of her head a small nuzzle to see how she'd react, at this point this was really a game for him, he was teasing her as much as he could basically, he wanted her to give in and tell her the truth after all. "Just tell me the truth, Red." He said and stopped her dead in her tracks.

Red blushed wildly at the sudden contact but when he stopped her and asked her to be honest, she sighed "Alright fine, you want me to be honest? I'll be honest alright." She took a deep breath and looked him straight in the eyes "I like you, I'm attracted to wolves and not foxes, I'm a nervous wreck, I'm a screw-up, I'm too scared to act on the feelings I have because it hasn't ended well before, and I'm afraid that now you'll leave because of how pathetic I look and act." She gave a few deep breaths then scowled up at him and snapped "There, happy!? Now just go already if you're going too!" With that, she turned around and sprinted back to her den where she curled up in a ball and started crying.
